Bi-annual updates, if needed
Your club will have to advertise the web site yourselves, by adding it to Search Engines,
and to all
of your clubs paperwork (i.e. business cards, letterhead, and brochures).
The SCMOTC Webmaster (Amanda Vaage) will
create your web page from information you provide
(brochure, or emailed or snail mail papers), and do all the updates at no charge to your
club.
After it is completed, she will notify your club contact by email for final approval or
changes if necessary.
